The Exchange on Noncommunicable Diseases

The Independent Panel “Exchange” is a series of town hall style meetings, open to everyone, aimed at hearing from people on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic. This Exchange— coordinated by the Independent Panel and the NCD Alliance— discussed how COVID-19 has affected people living with noncommunicable diseases.
Katie Dain, CEO of NCD Alliance, moderated the conversation featuring the Right Honorable Helen Clark, Co-Chair of the Independent Panel, Professor K. Srinath Reddy, President of the Public Health Foundation of India, and Dr. Tom Frieden, President and CEO of Resolve to Save Lives.
The Exchange also heard from people living with NCDs, researchers, front-line practitioners, and advocates from around the world.
