The Co-Chairs of the Independent Panel, Her Excellency Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and the Right Honourable Helen Clark, made the following oral presentation to the 73rd World Health Assembly on 10 November, 2020. In addition, the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response submitted a written progress report to the World Health Assembly.
